We, the company Wertform GmbH, of Cafeastraße 1, 21107 Hamburg, take the protection of your personal date very seriously and comply very strictly with the relegations of the data protection laws. Personal information is collected on this website only to the extent necessary for technical purposes. In no event will the data collected be sold or passed on third parties for any other reason.

The company Wertform GmbH automatically collects and stores information in our server log files which your browser sends to us. This information are:

This information cannot be related by the Wertform GmbH to specific persons. A combination of this data with other data sources is not made, and the data is deleted after a statistical evaluation has been made of it.

The Bundesdatenschutzgeset (BDSG) [Federal Data Protection Act] rules that thr authorized person for data protection may in an appropriate manner and in accordance with §4e of the Federal Data Protection Act make the following data available to anybody.

The objective of the company is the manufacture and distribution of instant coffee, luxury food and goods of all kinds as well as carrying out forwarding business of any kind, and futhermore all transactions in connection herewith and the participation in resembling and similar companies. Data collection, processing and usage is only carried out for exercising the above mentioned purposes.

5. Description of the groups of persons concerned and the related data or data category:
Customer- and supplier data as well as employees' data as far as required fot the fulfilling of the purposes mentioned under 4.

6. Recipient and categories of recipients to whom the data may be disclosed:
To public authorities on availability of preferential legal provisions, to external consignees according to §11 Federal Data Protection Act and internal departments for the fulfilment of the purposes mentioned under 4.

7. Lega deadlines for the deletion of data:
The ligislator has issued multifarious obligations for safe-keeping and time limits. After the expiry of these time limits the corresponding data is routinely deleted. As far as data is not affected by this it will be deleted if the purposes mentioned under 4 have ceased to exist.
